WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We use The Courier Guy as our courier partner and you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel.
WILL THEY DELIVER TO MY DOOR?
Yes, so please ensure you use an address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the parcel on the delivery day.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We can only deliver to a physical address and not a PO BOX as we need someone to sign for the delivery. We can however arrange to send the item to a Courier Guy depot closest to you for collection, should this be easier for you. Please let us know on the checkout page in the optional comments section if you would like the item to be sent to your nearest Courier Guy depot instead of your physical address.
CAN YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE IN SOUTH AFRICA?
Yes, The Courier Guy is able to deliver anywhere in South Africa, including small regional towns in outlying areas – the transit time may be slightly longer in very remote locations.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA?
Unfortunately not, we only deliver within South Africa at this stage.
