We know that purchasing a Crossrope is an important investment in yourself. We’re determined to meet or exceed your expectations every step of the way and we back that up with our warranty. We ask that you remember that a jump rope is a product you repeatedly strike against the ground and, therefore, wear and tear is normal and should be expected.
Our Warranty Details:
- Our “non-bluetooth connected” interchangeable jump rope handles that are compatible with our weighted ropes are covered by a lifetime warranty; if there is an issue with your handles, we will make it right. If an LE Handle is no longer in stock, a comparable replacement will be available.
- AMP™ handles are covered by two separate warranty policies depending on the issue. Our limited lifetime warranty covers the material and workmanship of the products’ non-electronic pieces, parts, and functionality. In parallel, we offer a One Year Warranty on the battery and electronic components inside the AMP™ handle.
- Our ropes are not covered by warranty. That does not mean our ropes aren’t excellent quality and durable. It just means that all ropes wear out over time and you will eventually need to replace your ropes. Here are some factors that affect rope longevity:

- Our mats are extremely durable but not covered by warranty as wear and tear is normal and should be expected.
Limited Lifetime Warranty – What Is Covered
1- Fitness and Performance Slim and Power Handles (Non-Bluetooth Connected):
Crossrope warrants that the Fitness and Performance Slim and Power Handles (Product) shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for the Life of the Product when the Product is used under normal uses and conditions and as recommended in the Product Use, Safety, & Care Guide. To best maintain ropes and handles, we recommend wiping handles with a dry cloth after each use, storing in a cool dry place, and keeping away from water or moisture.
The customer will be responsible for the courier delivery fees to replace the warranty items.
Original Proof of Purchase from Crossrope South Africa is required to invoke this warranty.
2- AMP™ Handles:
Crossrope warrants that the AMP™ handles shall be free from defect in material and workmanship of “non-electronic” pieces for the Life of the Product when the Product is used under normal uses and conditions and as recommended in the Product Use, Safety, & Care Guide. To best maintain handles, we recommend wiping handles with a dry cloth after each use, storing in a cool dry place, and keeping away from water or moisture.
Original Proof of Purchase from Crossrope South Africa is required to invoke this warranty.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – What Is Not Covered
1- Fitness and Performance Slim and Power Handles (Non-Bluetooth Connected) and AMP™ Handles:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on items such as, but not limited to, ropes, training or carry bags, and handles outside of our Fitness and Performance Slim and Power Handles.
This warranty is void if the Product is improperly stored, misused, altered and/or modified in any way.
It does not cover accident/damage such as scratches, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear that does not affect the performance of the Product.
Variations in bearing performance such as noise or differences in spin time are considered normal and may change over time. Handle bearing variations are not covered under warranty unless the bearing performance negatively affects the performance of the Product while jumping.
Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents voids this Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased from Crossrope South Africa.
One Year Warranty – What Is Covered
1- AMP™ Handles:
Crossrope warrants that the AMP™ handles shall be free from defects in material and workmanship of all electronic pieces and parts for One Year after receipt of the product. AMP™ handles must be used under normal uses and conditions and as recommended in the Product Use, Safety, & Care Guide.
The customer will be responsible for the courier delivery fees to replace the warranty items.
