That’s why we promise to make sure you have the right size and product for your fitness goals and ensure your investment with us is risk-free. We stand behind our jump rope products, and we are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of when you receive your purchase.
We do not however accept any returns or exchanges on our mats or clearance items.
SIZE EXCHANGES
When you first receive your ropes, it is important to try them on a soft non-abrasive surface (eg. carpet, rubber) and if you’re happy with the size, you’re good to go.
If you’re not happy with the size and you feel the length of the rope is too long or short, let us know and we’ll initiate the exchange process.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?
To make an online return, follow these easy steps.
- Contact us first before sending any item back, we will send you the correct form to include with your return.
- Print your return form and place your item(s) and the form in a shipping box
- Confirm all items are included, and tape the package shut
- We will arrange for our courier company to collect the package from your address (or you can let us know if you prefer to use your own courier)
- We will process your request within 2-3 business days of receipt to the warehouse
IS RETURN SHIPPING COVERED?
No, unfortunately we are not able to provide a return shipping label. This cost is covered by the customer, along with any shipping back to you.
The courier cost will vary depending on your location but will be specified on your return form.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Once we receive your package back to our facility, our team will process your request within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email once it has been processed and completed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once processed on our end, it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on the method of payment, depending on the specific bank’s processing time, but most refunds happen a lot quicker.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and you will only be refunded for the product cost.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
For all returns and exchanges, only ropes that have been used on soft non-abrasive surfaces (eg. carpet, rubber) will be accepted.
Ropes that have been cut in order to size for the user (Bolt ropes or Freestyle ropes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
CONDITION OF EXCHANGED ROPE
For all rope size exchanges, we may at our discretion, exchange for either a new rope or a rope in similar condition to your exchanged rope (may have slight scuff marks from brief previous use).
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
Our mats as well as our open-box items in our clearance section are yours to keep, we don’t accept any returns or exchanges on these items!
